St. Francis Church Commissions New Altar Servers

On Sunday, April 26, St. Francis Catholic Church, Idimu, celebrated the solemn commissioning and investiture of a new cohort of altar servers. The ceremony was led by the parish priest, Fr. Pius Ndekile, SJ, who presided over the prayers and the formal presentation of their liturgical vestments. In his charge to the newly commissioned servers, Fr. Pius admonished them to remain consistently dutiful and faithful to the sacred service they have now begun. Their commitment stands as a testament to the spirit of devotion within the parish as these young people begin their ministry at the altar.
